lately i have been eating alot more than i usually do, and i dont know why!. im hungry all the time! so what are some healthy ways i can cut back on food, loose weight, and still be full!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before a meal drink a large glass of water, this will fill your stomach and you will feel full faster!. Eat s l o w l y, when you shovel food down your throat your brain doesn't have time to register that you have had enough to eat before you're stuffed!. Eat foods that are high in fibre!. Most fiber rich foods are low in calories and very healthy for you!. Some examples of these are whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and legumes such as beans, peas and lentils!. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day as well, cut out refined sugar as it only satisfies hunger and craving for a very short time and then you are hungry again!.!.!.break the cycle!. One thing that worked really well for me is serving sizes!. It's all about tricking your brain!. I also do try to force myself to wait just a little while before giving in to my hunger pains!. Sometimes 20 mins (which won't kill you) is all the difference!.

I use smaller plates and bowls to eat from, as I am the kind of person who has to eat everything on my plate!.

Drinking more water is also great, sometimes we think we are hungry when after a large glass of water we feel much better and hydrated!. Steer away from fizzy drinks and juice, full of sugar and our sugar craving needs to be satiated!.

And if in doubt, choose low fat alternatives and fruit!. Try yoghurt instead of a high fat dairy snack, fruit (yeah I'm not a huge fan of fruit, but pick the ones you like, banana's, strawberries, kiwi fruit!!!) even eat the fruit with low-fat custard if you have to and if you have to eat something solid try something like a crumpet with honey and no butter!? Or with a banana mashed on top, no butter and a small drizzle of honey!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't cut your intake by half unless you are eating 3500 calories a day!.
Eat more protein that will make you less hungry especially at breakfast time!. You will notice that you are not so hungry when it comes to lunchtime when you eat protein for breakfast!. Also drink cold water out of the fridge!. Works for me!. Another thing you could do is cut your portions!. This works good and take your time eating it!. Spread it out on your plate and it will look a lot more than you think!. And of course don't eat all junk food! That is a disaster waiting to happen!. Good luck and always eat healthy!. up your protein intake alot, and instead of eating like 3 main meals, go fof 6 smaller meals per day (one every 3 hrs) this is the best way to eat cuz of ur metabolism, it will fire and this should fill u up more!.!. go for about 20g protein per meal, in every meal! Pretty hard to do but its very healthy and will help alot!.!. Also if u find urself reli reli struggling on occasion try this one out, have some grain bread (try linsead maybe!? thats my preferred bread!. As long as its grain bread, not white!.) And put some olive oil on it! It tastes liek absolute crap yes, but it will clog up your metab and stop u from being hungry, this works well for me, but should only be a sometimes one!. Well, eat healthier foods!. Eating junk foods may fil you up for a while, but in the long-run you will realize you find yourself hungry again!. Also, make sure you get lots of protien and other vitamins and minerals!. And finally, do something else to take your mind off of food!. Go outside or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
