I have been doing a daily exercise(it really works well, i look great!) for 3ish weeks now!.
I do it when I wake up and before i go to bed!.
You can do the same one, or make up your own!.
10 squats
36 ab crunches
16 sit ups
6 push ups
20 bum kicks

Eat healthily; Limit your carbs; Have wholemeal carbs; drink plenty (1-2 Litres) of water or mineral water(water is needed to help break down fat); NO SOFT DRINKS!!!; Beware of juice, my friend, it's sugar content (even added-sugar free ones) is still quite high in fructose (natural sugar) so only have a little bit or mix it with water; Try to avoid fried food, but if you must have some sort of fried food, choose deep fried rather than shallow fried because it's actually healthier for you; Try and have grilled meat, fish or chicken; If you're going to have a sauce on soemthing like pasta, choose a tomato based sauce rather than a cream based sauce; have low fat dairy products; Use margarine rather than butter; Cut the fat off meat and chicken, and don't eat chicken skin; If you want to sweeten your foods use honey rather than sugar; Load up on fruit and vegetables =)
Excercise daily, for about an hour a day, but if you're running short on time, even 30 minutes will do you good; Listen to ur ipod/radio while doing excersice, it makes it more fun; Because you want to lose weight, I suggest you do vigourous excersice like jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc rather than something like pilates or yoga which is better for flexibility; cleaning your room/house is actually good excersice!.
