Question: How Did I Gain Weight!!?!!?
Hi!! I weighed 145!.6 yesterday & today I weigh 146!.2! Ive been eating healthy & doing everything Ive been doing!?! HELP!!!!!!!

Depending on several different variables (time of day, bowel movements, what you ate, etc) your body weight can fluctuate from hour to hour!. Also, you might have worn heavier clothes or bigger shoes than you were wearing yesterday!. Or your hair might have still been wet!. It's really a very slight gain that you should not be worried about and no matter what you eat--I bet you weigh less tomorrow:D Good providence!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't worry about it!. Short-term weight fluctuations don't mean much!. Don't weigh yourself every day - once a week on the same day is a better way to go!. If you are wanting to lose weight, think about a line graph - there will be ups and downs, but if the overall direction of your weight is down, you are succeeding!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't weigh yourself daily, fluctuations can come from fluid, waste matter (i!.e!. a full bladder and/or bowel) and you've only 'gained' about 6oz - what the hell are you worrying about, girl!

I'm now going to take a shower!. I'll check this question when I'm dry - and I bet that, in the 30 mins or so it takes me, at least 2 people will have replied with that stalwart phrase "muscle weighs more than fat!.!.!."

I usually measure my weight right after waking up and it usually does an effective job in determining my actual weight!.

Also, you could be plateauing or have an underactive thyroid!. Ask a doctor if the weight gain starts to become drastic!. If it climbs to 10 lbs!. then it could be an underactive thyroid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your weight can change by a few pounds through out the day!. Maybe you have a lot of food in you that hasn't been digested, more water intake, etc!. !.6 is not a lot of a difference!. I've been 2 pounds different in one day!. Good luck and don't step on those scales so much!. A watched pot never boils and stress adds weight!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
