Hi, What s the typical muscle growth of a healthy 17 year old guy?!


Question: Hi, What s the typical muscle growth of a healthy 17 year old guy!?
What I mean is if I squat 225, how long until I reach 300!? If I bench 180, how long until I reach 200!? If I dead lift 315, how long until I dead lift 400!? If I can clean 135, how long until I reach 175!? Please note all weights are measured in poundsWww@Answer-Health@Com

depends on so many factors, what is important to remember is that muscle mass directly affects muslce strength, making your muscles bigger will make them stronger that is the principle to it!.

so work for mass and strength will come with it!.

EDIT: yea i understand the quesiton there was no need for the additional info, all im saying is nobody can tell you how much more you will be abel to lift as it depends entirely on YOU, only you understand your workout intensity and so nobody can give you a spefic time it will be reached by, which is why im saying it depends on your muscle mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
