Question: I need help getting stronger!!?
i want to get physically stronger!. Besides working out, which i started doing , what else should i do!? What foods can help,and what other ways can i also increase my strength!?!.!.I just want to get stronger so i can do better in sports and be more confident in myself!. Also i'm 5'9 ,16 years, and 140 pounds!.!.If you would like to talk more aim me !.!.'mimsanator'!. I need advice on getting stronger!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To get stronger; you need to be pushing out weights where you fail somewhere in between in 4 and 6 reps (give or take abit!.) Its prob good if you have a p!.t or at least a training partner so you can push yourself harder safely!. Cuz lifting very heavy weights on low reps isn exactly safe!! If you have neuromuscular failure your dead lol!. so training partner wud be v handy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

do LOTS of pushups and situps!. dont use dumbbells, they dont work (ive been doing then for YEARS), try to go to a gym but run wherever, and do sqatsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should also try running to get your body toned and it also helps you get more explosive while playing sports!. You can eat foods with alot of protein like eggs, chicken, and fish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Raw eggs---3 per day!. That's my least expensive and favourite one!. U can also take creatine supplement!. Or protein shakes!. Whey protein and whey amino (the gold standard)!. These things are specially for athletes and those who work out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink alot of milk and do some push ups and sit ups !. Use some excerise equipment @ the the fitness center so u could be more stronger and eat vegatables as well
