Can i gain weight by riding 10 miles a day?!


Question: Can i gain weight by riding 10 miles a day!?
I am trying to gain weight via bodybuilding but i want to know if me riding 10 miles a day 4-5 days a week for half hour at not much of a fast pace will prevent me from gaining!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok dont stop biking! it will make you lose weight yes, but only for a while, youll lose the "flab" thats on top of the muscles!. and you will be increasing you leg muscles as well, and muscles weighs 3 times for than fat!Www@Answer-Health@Com
