Answers:
You mean 15 year old bench 250lb!?
That is kind of crazy!.
My body is filled with lean muscles (I'm relatively thin)!.
I'm 17 and I lift around 150 lbs on bench!.
For 14 year old benching 140 lbs is actually higher than average!. I can't see your muscle visually but if you can do 140, I bet its fine!. Everyone has muscle, its either you develop it more and just do nothing with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am also 15 and I don't even bech that much! and I think that you are in perfect shape for your age!.!.!. First wait till your 16 before you start the heavy weights! By then you would have stopped growing and you wont have any height problems later on! So rather take it slow and when you 15 or 16 then try that againWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you start working out a lot at such an early age, you could stunt your growth so watch out!. happened to me!. i was suppose to be 5'9" but i stayed at 5'5"!.

You are not weak for your age!. But if you weigh like 180 benching 140 then yeah!.!.!. youre weak!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am 14 and I am 5'10'', 180lbs, 29'' waist, can bench 150lbs, clean 155lbs and squat 225lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to have your BMI checked, because everyone is different depending on what genetics you have, along with stress, and the types of foods you consume!. Find mypyramid, which is the best guide to help you balance your diet and get the most out of your training!. If you set up an account online with them, which is free, then they can help you figure out where you stand and how to get where you want to be!. In the meantime eat a lot of protein but don't cut your carbohydrates out as they are for energy, which you need to do your reps!. Dont take any supplements for this though, just as a warning, because they can be dangerous and while they make muscles grow, OTHER THINGS tend to shrink!. I hope this bit helped ya!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, your diet has a lot to do with it!. But it sounds like it should be good since you say you are active!. Just make sure your diet is in fact, good!.

Some kids are naturally "bigger" than others, so that's why you'll see others benching more than you!. Make sure when you're weight training to take maybe a week of very light - no weight training to give your tendons to rebuild, muscles, etc!. and then start back up light and gradually build up!. And when I say take a week off, that's maybe after a month of going to the gym regularly 3-4 times a week!.

I don't know if 140lb is a good bench for you, how much you weigh!? height!?!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dude chill out!. I'm 15 and 2 weeks ;D and a chick and can only do like 90 or a 100 (Its been a while since I've lifted)!. You probably haven't like hit that stage!. Just give it time!. Don't over exert yourself!. Drink plenty of water!. Stay away from drugs/steroids!.
I think your like average cause some of the guys I know are like soo weak!. I could beat them up, which isn't saying much but still!. Don't stress about it!. Just give it time and you'll work up to the 260 if you want to!. I don't think your weak you won't be able to bench me, but that doesn't matter lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
