Question: Weight loss ideas any one!?
I want to lose more weight!. And I go to the gym 6 days a week!. But I don't lose a lot of weight!. I am back on drinking pop and eating a lot!. Does any one have any tips on eating more healthy and not drinking pop!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Don't skip any meals
Eating 3 meals with snacks in between is the ideal
way to maintain both energy and a healthy weight!.
When you skip meals and get hungry, you're more
than likely to choose foods that aren't very good
for you!.

If you are eating away from home, take food with
you or know where you can buy healthy food from!.

2!. Learn about how to prepare foods
Instead of deep frying, try grilling, stir frying,
microwaving, baking, and even boiling!. You should
also try fresh or even dried herbs and spices to
add flavor to your food!. Before you eat any type
of meat, be sure to trim the fat and skin off of

get into a groove with water!. just start drinking ungodly amounts!. trust me!.!.!.do that for 2 days and you wont be able to stop!. you'll feel dehydrated if you do!.

soda is horrible for you, even diet is bad!. aspertame is poison!.

if you must have caffein, have coffee in the morning, then maybe a green tea (bagged! not that arizona stuff packed with sugar) if you need it later!.

spread out your meals!. 3 meals no bigger than both fists, with snacks between each of them!. perhaps fresh fruit or veggies!.

and drink LOTS of water
