So ive started to eat healthy?!


Question: So ive started to eat healthy!?
so i started to diet today!.!.!.!. yay for me :) and i was watching EVERYTHING I ATE alllll day long!. and then tonight when i sat down i looked at how many calories i ate, and i only ate 832! my doctor told me to eat at least 1800 to lose weight but stillbe healthy!. now i am confused!.!.!. so i am dieting too much!? should i keep eating like this!? i even ate 4 times, which is 2 more than i usually do!. so should i keep eating like this!? or should i eat more!? today i had chicken lunchmeat on wheat bread, grapes, baked chips, whole wheat pasta, healthy choice pasta sauce and a half a glass of OJ for dinner!. is that okay, or do i need to eat more!? please help!.!.!. thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Great job on trying to change your habits to healthier ones! Yes, you are eating too little!. I have lost almost 100 lbs and I'm here to tell you that a starvation diet is not the way to go!. You need to start making SMALL changes that you can maintain for the rest of your life!. Don't do anything today that you can't do forever!. Pick something small and stick with it today and every day from here on out!. Tomorrow (or next week) pick something else, and go from there!. You can read my story in the link below!.

Did you eat breakfast!? Your lunch looks great!. Dinner looks good if you could add a veggie or two!. A good breakfast and a couple healthy snacks, and you'll be there!Www@Answer-Health@Com

832 is way too low!.

If you try to keep that up, you will either develop an eating disorder or you will actually gain weight because your metabolism will slow down and your body will start to get you to eat all the time!.

Eat throughout the day!. In fact, new reseach show that people who eat 600 calories for breakfast (and more throughout the day!!!) actually loose the most weight over time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You ate too little!. Under 1200 calories is crash dieting and it's not healthy dieting!. You can eat more, but make sure it's healthy stuff, like fruits and veggies!. Leafy greens, berries, fruit!. Things with lots of vitamins and nutrients are good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You do need more than 832 calories to stay healthy!. In fact, the human body needs at least 1200 just to get blood to all the organs etc!. I would up your calorie intake by eating something healthy yet till calorie dense!. For example, try fruit and peanut butter!. Drinking some more juice would also be a good option!. Just make sure that you are being healthy as well as creating a good calorie intake!.
as far as eating 1800 calories goes, unless yuo are doing at least 30-45 mintues of aerobic activity to burn some excess calories, you may gain a little!. So try and keep what you eat above 1200 and under 1800!. If you do that , you should see the results you would like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
