Looking to be at a healthy weight?!

Question:

Looking to be at a healthy weight?

I'm overweight, but the thing I find weird is, why? I don't over-eat, I actually eat about one small meal a day because I'm not ever hungry. I work out 5 days a week for about 2 to 3 hours a day. Once I did try diet pills for about 2 months and lost about 30 pounds, but still stayed in the overweight range (never gained back the weight). I did a test and found out I had 140 pounds of muscle, water, bone. And the normal weight I'm supposed to be to be healthy is 186. My weight is 224, so what's up? The only weight I ever do usually lose is water weight after working out and sweating, but we all know that comes back by the end of the day. Anything I can try to actually start losing weight?

Answers:

"I actually eat about one small meal a day"

i believe that this has something to do with it, You body does not get nearly enough nutrients, and what energy supplies it does get it holds on to much harder. You need to speed up your metabolism, eat three small meals a day and your body will probably allow excess energy to be burnt
