I'm kind of like that too!. I don't think I'm fat, but I weigh 115-125 pounds!. Maybe you should exercise more, and like my mom always nags me, don't eat if you aren't hungry!. I try to only eat when I'm hungry and only have 1 dessert each day!. Maybe you should just have one snack every day, between lunch and dinner!. Fruit is always a good snack (don't put whipped cream on your strawberries; that defeats the purpose) and celery w/ peanut butter is also good!. Sometimes I'll just peel a carrot and eat it!.

Then again, maybe you don't need to lose weight!. A lot of girls are just paranoid!. It really depends on your body type!. Can you see your hip bones without sucking in your stomach!? Can you jog for a mile!? Can you run up the stairs without getting winded!? If no, then you should try to get some exercise every day!. You don't have to run five miles!. I play DDR for about an hour to keep in shape!. Jumping on a trampoline, taking dance classes, and biking to a friend's house instead of driving are good ways to exercise!. When school starts, you could try out for sports too!

I hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calories out > Calories in = weight loss

You may want to change your routines including exercises!. Muscles get more efficient over time for doing the same routine, thus less calories out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
