Question: Can You lose weight on arms and stomach by running!?
ya can you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
yes, you can, first running works all muscles, even the motion of pumping your arms will work towards weight loss, but as well, your body will disperse and burn fat somewhat evenly, but you should definately work out all your body just because you want it all fit!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running (and other cardiovascular exercises) will allow you to lose weight all over!. I hear running is good to trim your abs as concentrated abdominal workouts develop muscles while cardio burns energy that eventually eat up fat in your body!.

So yes, over time running will help you lose fat on arms and stomach and other areas too!. Supplement with weight training to develop muscles where you want them! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yup! because spot-reduction (losing fat in specific areas by doing exercises, etc!. for those areas) doesn't work, losing fat on your body requires aerobic exercise!.

like running! essentially as you run and become more active, your body will burn fat all over your body!. and i don't care how many cardio machines there are!.!.!.running is still THE best cardio out there!

*EDIT*
