I love to stretch, but I am not into Yoga. Is stretching good for our bodies? Why? Thanks!?


Answers:

Stretching is very good to keep your back loose. I've had a bad back for 25 years. One thing that consistently helps it feel better is to stretch. The most help comes from stretching my hamstrings. Somehow, that causes my lower back to loosen up and feel much better.
