Question: What!?! Did I lose ANY weight!?! Wanna lose 10 pounds by August!?
I just bought a new scale today and checked my weight!. I am apparently 130!.3 pounds! It also tells me my body fat is 23!.4% I am a little discouraged cause I thought I lose weight!. On my older scale it says I'm 125 pounds!. I wanna be 120 by end of august and body fat of 17-18%!.
Oh man, does that mean I was heavier before!?! Ugh!
I've been exercising for an hour every day n eating healthy!.!.!.I am getting so discouraged! What am i doing wrong!?!!?!!?! I eat smaller portions and barely any sweets!. I need encouragement!

1)Ignore scales, the question is "Do I look better!?" scales change there minds about how much you weigh every time you get on them, there pretty inaccurate!. And I wonder, how exactly they claim to be able to judge your body fat on weight alone!? Does this mean if I was a 225lb bodybuilder, with like under 10% body fat, it would list me as having 24-28% BF and being overweight!?

2)What kind of exercise are you doing!? are you doing the SAME exercise every day!? how sore/tired from it are you the next day!? If you do the same exercise for the same amount of time, your body will get used to it, and it won't be nearly as helpful as it used to be!. You should do several types of exercise!. Such as running twice a week, swimming once a week, working out to build strength(crunches, push ups, etc!.) 3 times a week, and resting once a week!. Also, if your working your self too hard, then your muscles will deteriorate, and you will lose weight, but still be just as fat as you were before!. Also, that will cause your resting metabolism to go down, so you will have to eat even less daily to drop in weight!. You want to build muscle not break it down!. If you find you've been over working yourself, maybe you should just work out three days a week, one day swimming, one day running, and building strength one other day!.

3)Are you sure your really eating healthy!? are you eating healthy!? do you know what HFCS is!? are you eating anything with HFCS in it!? are you drinking only water!? and are you drinking a gallon a day!? you should if you aren't/don't

4)High Fructose Corn Syrup(HFCS)!. Is a sugar replacer, used in the majority of packaged foods!. And your body can't process it, so it goes straight to fat, instead of being used as energy!. Also, it partially prevents your body from using other normal sugars as energy, causing them to go straight to fat too!.
