Working out for abs question?!


Question: Working out for abs question!?
I want to get abs and!.!. I've been doing situps and crutches every other day!.!.!.

but should i b doing them EVERY day!? or am I good with the routine that I have now!?

Also, how many do u suggest I do!?

Right now!.!.!. i do 40 sit ups!.!.!. then take a break for 5-10 min then do 25-30 crutches

should i do more!? should i not rest!? any tips/advices r welcome! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, if depends on how much you weigh and what your height is!.

You must burn as much body fat as possible!. Stomach fat, prevents you from noticing your abs, so you must do cardio workouts like!.!.!.

running, jogging, swimming, ellipticals, treadmills, and something as simple as jump rope believe it!.

Then I would recommend you start toning yourself up with at least 50 crunches and 50 sit ups a day, until you are able to do more then that!. Also, if you want to tone up your upper arms, I would suggest you do chair or bench dips!. And if you want to get pecs, then push ups will be the way to go, of course you will need to do 50 or more per day!. And yes, doing toning exercises every other day is good because it gives your muscles time to build!. And if you want your muscles to build faster then i would suggest you take anything that is high in protein, which is what muscles need to build and restores themselves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest doing other exercises rather than crunches!. I used to do hundreds a day and saw very small results!. After that I started doing leg raises, accordion sit-ups and various other variations for upper and lower abs!. Now my endeavor is closing in much faster than before!. To start off, I would try doing three sets of thirty!. One targeting lower abs, one targeting upper abs and one switching between the two!. Once you start to feel more comfortable, raise the number of sets!. You should hopefully be able to do this fairly quickly!. Do this every day and you will progress at a modest rate!. Be sure to do lots of cardio to burn off the overlaying fat, and push yourself until you feel the burn every time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The reality is to get your abs shown you need to get your body fat to at least 7 or 8%!. Even if you do 1000 time of crunch a day you wont be seeing your abs as it is cover by the thick layer of fats!. Diet and exercise is the key to reduce those fat to get your abs to show it selfWww@Answer-Health@Com

ur answer is do 2wice as manny as usuall an run alot alot like 2 miles in the morning an 2 in the afternoon
an when doing your sit ups an crunchs hold dumbells to ur color bone an have on ancle weights

every other day is fine!.
you should increase the amount of sit- ups and crunches you do every week!.
