Working thighs...hurting knees?!


Question:

Working thighs...hurting knees?

I'm pregnant and trying to stay fit...whenever I do squats or some other exercises to target my thighs and keep the cellulite at bay, my knees start hurting! I know the joints loosen in pregnancy, and I'm wondering if I should stop doing these exercises because of the knee pain, or if I should continue because my knees need to be strong? And what are some thigh exercises I can do at home?


Answers:

try yoga, also there are a lot many thigh and leg excercises such as air cycling etc, but consult a physio for your excercises.
