I need help losing weight, I'm very obese. What do I do?!


Question: I need help losing weight, I'm very obese!. What do I do!?
I know how to eat properly!. I know how to cook!. I just need some good workouts to do!. I haven't done any type of workouts since I was in high school 10 years ago!. I'm a little over 400 pounds!.

How do I start a workout plan!? What are some good videos to do!?

Is it okay to do 10-15 minutes at a day 2-3 times a day until I can do a full 45 minutes to an hour!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to think about doing things in baby steps, that way you will feel as though you have achieved something, then you will feel more motivated, have more energy and be able to keep doing things!.

A great way to start exercising is to see what is available on line!. I have some Pilates based exercises that are FREE, professionally put together and really do work!.

Set yourself a target to do one a day!. See how that goes for a while, and, if you feel inclined, do another one and so on!.

I would stop cooking, eat lots of fruits and veggies all day to fill yourself, eat anything that comes from nature and is not processed!. low in fat grilled chicken or extra lean ground beef for dinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
