Which diet is better, Lo carb or limited calories?!

Question: Which diet is better, Lo carb or limited calories!?
My wife did great on low carb and lost about 70 lbs, but through some really tough times she gained about 40lbs back!.

She is trying to go back to lo carb because after a certain period of time her cravings go away, but with the lo carb there are these bad headaches!. Regular pain relievers don't help!.

After answering the 1st part of my question, please answer this as well!.

If she wants to continue with lo carb, is there a way to do it without the headaches!?

Thanks!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The human body needs carbs!. There have been many studies done, particularly on the (f)atkins diet which links a lack of carbohydrates to neurological disorders!.

Truth is if you want to lose weight, or simply adjust your overall health, the best thing you can do is watch your calorie intake, and exercise appropriately to the amount you eat!.

If you want to lose weight and tone, then you should choose lower impact exercises!. Swimming is especially good at burning off calories in an all around workout!.

Cutting Calories is slow work, but the results last, the best part is, you begin to feel better, not worse as your exercise regime goes on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest a cleansing diet!. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month!. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins!. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things!. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body!. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body!. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked!. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow!. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast!. No special diet is necessary other than eating healthy foods and getting a good amount of exercise!. Severe headaches!? Stop the diet and see a doctor about this!. Go back to eating all types of healthy foods and remember, good amount of exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've done low carb and it's hell!. It's the hardest diet to maintain, and it's not good for you!. Stick to eating healthily it's the best, eat veggies, and fruit and lean meats, it's the best and easiest way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Limited calories for sure!. But don't overlimit your calories!. You should still eat all three meals a day and should still make sure you get the nutrients your body needs!.

Basically, eat 2000 calories a day, and stick to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Neither diet is good, as you can see, with diets the weight just comes back!. Exersize and eat healthy, no particular diets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

low carb if you have the discipline but limited calories is easier but i'd say just healthy, high fibre food and excersiseWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would say low carb is better!.!.but if you deal with severe headaches you could go to the doctor and get some pain reliever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
