The best way is to join a gym. what you want to do first is to raise your heartrate. anything like running or biking for 10-20 minutes is good. then start lifting weights, if you want to grow muscles, lift weights that are heavy, but not over your limit (in other words, pounds that would hurt you). lift it like 6-8 times and then rest. and repeat for around 3-4 sets. For the abs, sit-ups and crunches is all you need.
