I would see a doctor for professional tips so that you can lose as much weight as possible IN A SAFE AND HEALTHY WAY!

What I generally do to lose some weight:
-Eat 5, smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals!.
-Stop drinking any sugar drinks (pop, lemonade, etc!.)!.
-Drink lots of water (it helps suppress your appetite and increases your metabolism)!.
-Exercise! I'm not saying you need to go get a personal trainer, BowFlex, or LifeTime fitness membership!. When you get bored/hungry, go talk a walk/run!. Walking is great because it gives you time to think, increases your metabolism, and you don't have to change your clothes/shower when you do it!.

Those are all easy ways to lose some weight!. They don't cut into your life style to terribly but will definitely help you to lose weight!.

As for areas that have more fat than others, lifting is the only way to tighten up those areas!. Bench press will help you to tighten your chest while crunches and sit ups will help you tighten your stomach!.

Actually, it is a complete myth that it matters what time you eat!. As long as you burn off enough calories throughout the day, your body will use nighttime food to restore the depletion from the day!. If you exercise right after you eat, it burns those calories, if you exercise earlier in the day, it burns other sources and the calories you eat in the evening are used to restore your organs (what it burned earlier)!. The only time it really makes a difference is if you are starving all day and then binging in the night!.!.!.that is hard for your body to use efficently!. But snacks or light meals are okay until an hour before you go to bed (any later and digestion might keep you awake)!. I know this because my mom is a nutrition and exercise specialist (licensed for both!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

there is a lot of rumours about this, i have found msyelf it really doesnt matter, if you were to eat your dinner at 11pm its okay as long as you are not literally going to sleep straight after!. just dont eat a big meal within 2 hours of sleeping, i always have a little snack before bed and have lost weight doing this!. i mantain 125 pounds at 5!.7 having toast and butter before bed everynight fitting it into my total calorie day intake!.

so it doesnt matter at all, i used to not eat ;past 6 pm like many say but ive actually not lost any more weight doing that at all!. just make sure you dont go voer your calories and regardless of time its okay!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are on a normal schedule where you sleep from like 11 at night to 7 or 8 in the morning, i personally get up at 545, butyou get the idea, you shouldn't eat anything after 6:00 pm because everything will turn to body fat!. so watch eating late at night!.
