Question: What are foods to avoid when trying to loose weight!?
I am in desperate need of losing weight, serious weight, not just a few pounds!. I am starting an exercise regime, am trying to eat less and more healthily and drink lots of water!. What are some foods/substances to avoid that are known for packing on pounds or preventing weight loss!? Someone told me to avoid high fructose corn syrup!. What else!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Many people say that diet sodas are responsible for keeping people heavy; certainly caffeine can cause bloating!. Also highly processed foods like Velveeta or Kraft cheese, cakes, and pizza dough!.

just replace your usual foods for ones that seem healthier, and count the calories!. There are lots of swaps you can do!. Don't be fooled by drinks; orange juice is quite high in sugar and therefore calories so mainly stick to your water!. Also use semi skimmed milk, and if you must eat cookies try Tunnocks caramel wafers or Jaffa Cakes as they are lower in calories!. Use low-fat spread instead of butter, and avoid lots of dough like pizza and too much bread (more than 2 slices a day/ any baguettes or subs as they are too large)
Cottage cheese is very good, and so is tuna in a medium sized baked potato!. Avoid mayonnaise and rich sauces; always choose a fresh tomato based sauce with pasta or meat instead of a cheesy one!. Choose chicken or even better turkey instead of red meat!.
Eat plenty of fresh boiled or steamed vegetables too!
Try a metabolic rate calcluator and aim for 500 calories below that!. And then add 300 calories (or more) worth of excercise!. Don't eat too little or your body will go into starvation mode and hang onto the weight, and then every tiny thing you eat will make you put on the pounds!. Slowly but surely is the way to go!.

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month!. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits!. But your diet is still balanced!.
