Will i gain a lot of weight if?!


Question: Will i gain a lot of weight if!?
ok so as of now i weigh 173 pounds and i work out at the gym when i can get there and im going to be a fullback for the football team but i want to get to around 190 pounds so i wont get as badly hurt but lets say i eat a bunch of junk food and fatty snacks and all and when i go to the gym to work out will i gain a lot more weight!? because muscle is heavier than fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

nah mate!. if ur serious go c a personal trainer!.!. fat is a good energy source yes, but u need more protein than fats!.!. It ur reli serious, u need to be consistent!.!. so 4 days per week, mon, tues, thrus n fri (thats wat i do anyway!.) It has to be same 4 days per week brother!.
Get more protein into your diet!. If your reli gonna be hammering yourself id get around 160g protein per day into you!. eating 6 meals a day, and having 25-30g protein per meal!.!. proteins the building blocks of life brother! After u workout u need a protein supplement with carbs in it (have it in water, NOT milk!)
You can make your own, for you i would have maybe a bannana and 40g protein supp blended up!. perfect post workout!
But ur most important thing shud be upin the protein intake! Muscles are built by protein!.

Pumping your body full of crap foods won't fill you out!.

To gain weight you need to increase your caloric intake, not your cholesterol!.

Eat a lot of bread and lean meats!.

There is nothing more to dieting then calories and exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
