Question: What should I have for breakfast that is most healthy and sustaining!? easy 10 points!!!?
i have a tour at a college and that will be from 11:15-3pm!.
so I will eat lunch/dinner at 3pm!.
but I need something to sustain me through that!.
so about 10am I was going to have breakfast!.
what should I have!? what is the healthiest choice!?
-180 calorie bagel with fat free spread and a bowl of cereal and half a grapefruit!?
-80 calorie toast with spread and a bowl of cereal and a small bowl of mixed fruit that is fresh!?
or what should I have!? i need something that has carbs, and i would prefer some fruit!. but i dont want just a bagel and fruit, i dont know if that will keep me full!.
and i want to stay around 300 calories, because we are going out to eat somewhere for lunch and restaurants generally have a wholeee lot of calories!.
plus i need to save room in my 1200 calorie range for after that 3pm meal, because i guarantee ill get hungry at like 7pm hah!.
if i feel better, at 8pm-ish im going to run 3 miles and do pilates!. so help!!!

I would make some quaker oatmeal and have some fruit with it and a small glass of oj

8oz of oj - 90 calories
1 medium banana - 80 calories
about 320 total calories

oats with a dash of cinnamon powder!. you can add grated apple to it!. and/or two eggs!. people who eat eggs for bf tend to eat less lunch, acc to research!. keep some soya nuts with you!. just 2 tbsps will fill you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
