Question: How long does it take a 13 teen year old to gain muscle mass in the arm!?
I am a13year old that started lifting 8 on dumbbells last week and also doing many pull ups when will I see more muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

You're young and your body is still developing!.
I would stick with body weight exercises, pull ups, chin ups, etc!.
Weight lifting at your age has proven detrimental to long term physical development, e!.g!. stunting growth, bone impact issues, etc!.!.!.
Check your diet as well!. Don't do supplements yet, eat chicken, steak, egg white, all are protein laden!.!.

umm youll get there but you know you should start weight lifting when your 16, becuase you body is just going to have problems, with lifting things in later life and your body wont be able to grow normally if you continue, youll end up with cancer in the bones and thats terriable, that means your going to loose an arm so i would sujjest wait a few more years unless you really want to screw up on your health and this is seriousWww@Answer-Health@Com

I know I hated hearing it when I was your age (a whole 2 years ago) but don't worry about it!.
There is no reason to be very big at your age!.

You should notice some definition in like a month and I'd say about 3-6 months you will really see you made a difference!. Also eating like 3000-4000 calories a day is a must!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
