Question: What are the best things to drink when on a diet!?
I need to lose 30-50 pounds (i was put on a medacation that made me gain a lot of weight) anyways i want to lose the extra weight but im not sure whats good to drink besides water

water, green tea and milk! Drinking a lot of water helpes you actually loose water weight which could be like an extra 5 pounds, and drinking a lot of water while eating also makes you fuller, faster and not want to over eat!. Milk also helps you loose weight, diet green tea speeds up metabolism as well and has a lot of antioxidants in it!. No diet soda, no energy drinks, none of that stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

juice has too much sugar (it is much better to eat your fruit rather than drink it)!.!.!. if you have to have it, make it an occasional thing definitely everyday (same principle applies to smoothies!.!.!. may be drinking wayy more calories than you would ever eat if the components were not blended in whole form)

i would avoid all soft drinks!.!.!. that in and of itself will cause you to lose quite a bit of weight

I would deffinetely have to say 1!.WATER!.
Since your body is 70-75% water it will help keep off calories so u can lose weight!. Also I would look into those specialty drinks that are designed for people to lose weight!. They can really help!. Don't try drinking any energy drinks because they are very unhealthy for you!. Way to much sugar, too many calories and guarana!. Hope to help :)
