Is there any way to calculate your jeans size with how much you weigh?

For example, if you know your height + the weight you want to be, what would your size be? (Like size 2,4,6, etc.) Thanks.

I am 5'4" and 90 pounds. I am a size 0-00. I want to be a 2 or 4.

If you are a size 0-00 and you want to be a size 2-4, I'd would say you'd need to gain around 12lb-14lb.
