I would have to say exercise in the morning if you have time!. It refreshes your body and gets it warmed up for the rest of the days activities!. Not to mention exercise pumps out adrennaline, so it may give you trouble sleeping if you exercise in the evening!.
Try both, and whatever feels better and more natural for you, go for it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really depends what yo want to do!. I started to lift and ride in the morning so I could loose weight!. Exercise raises the metabolism and you can burn calories all day and sleep well at night!.

Exercise in the afternoon will give you energy for the rest of the day as it releases endorphins which give you energy for the rest of the day!.

i would rather say that you should just follow your convenience and not any myths or whatso ever!.!.!.morning seems better since the density of your reproductive hormones are at their peak and definitely your workout performance will be much better!.!.!.that doesnt mean its bad to workout at other times of the day!.!.!.i definitely prefer evenings!.!.!.it helps me sleep better!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends!. If you work out in the morning you get the maximum calorie-burning benefit of your workout (exercise can raise your metabolism for a few hours after a workout), but really, whichever time you're most likely to work out is best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have had the most success working out in the evening!.everyone is different If you have a high stress job or school then the evening will help get rid of frustrations that you may have encountered that day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
