ok what im wanting to know is at the bottom of the page where it shows you the exercises with animations its says set1 20, set2 20, set3 20 for the push ups im wanting to know is that do for it when it says set3 20 do i do 3sets of 20pushups!? or just one set thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com
