Can anyone give me a guide or something that can tell me exactly how many of what excercises i need to do DAY!? to gain a six pack, thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you also need to do cardio and diet in order to get visible abs!. switch up the ab exercizes from time to time as well!. everybody is diffrent!. you will need to come up with your own plan!. for me its 50x hanging leg raises, 25x side raises, 100 crunches, then running for an hour and avoiding junk food and soda!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
