You are most likely not gaining weight, but curves!. Maybe check for stretch marks around the areas that feel bigger than normal, I have them all over my hips, which have just recently formed!.

If thats the case, dont worry about it! Curves are a great thing!

But, if all is said & done, and you realize that it is actually fat that you are gaining and you are working out and watching your diet, I recommend talking to a doctor!. Theres a chance you have a very slow metabolism, and there are tihngs that can be done about this!. Best wishes!Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmm i think what youre asking is why you are not losing weight when you are on a good diet, and exercising!?

maybe you might think you're eating and exercising right but you are not, learn more about proper diet and exercising if you havent already
you can't be gaining more weight in muscle than you are losing weight in fat!.
or maybe you were born without the blessings of a good metabolism, in other words you are meant to be fat!. you can probably lose some fat using fat burner supplements though, or get liposuctionWww@Answer-Health@Com

This may sound dumb but, maybe you are eating too much!?!? you could possibly be reaching that ''age'' !. When things start changing you gain weight!.If you are a girl and past the age of 16 then I'm not really sure whats wrong with you!. If you are past that point and already had puberty, go to a doctor for some real help!. Asking people on yahoo answers doesn't always work ya know!. So go to a doctor if thats whats going on!. Also if you are eating not enough of one food group or eating to much of one type of food it can cause weight gain!. This happens because you need all different kinds of nutrients!.
