Question: How to Lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks!?
Hey well I am 13, and 85 pounds but I want to get down to 80!. I need a diet that is not extreme and that you don't have to exercise for more than two hours!. Any tips will help greatly, healthy snacks+meals, exercises, etc!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well seriously you don't need to lose weight!. I'm 14 and skinny and I'm 130!. But if you want to my mom and sisters use weight watchers diet which just limits how much food you eat in a day!. Without working out you will probably lose 1 pound a week!. If you work out it will be more!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
