First and formeost: People DIE from starvation!.
Even if they don't starve themselves to death, starving yourself has all kinds of problems tied to it: malnutrition (how can you get the things your body needs as fuel if you're not eating enough!?), lower metabolism, lower brain functioning (if you hit anorexic point), heart problems and more!.
If people use starvation as a dieting approach, they MUST eat at some point to not die!. What usually happens is that they end up putting on weight (because they've lowered their metabolism) or even the first week of the approach, they finally can't take it anymore and end up binge-eating, which is also bad for you!.
In essence, our bodies aren't designed to be starved!. Like a car needs oil and fuel, our bodies need a variety of nutrients!. To starve yourself is either just being ignorant or being self-loathing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
