PLz Help!! toning for legs and arms Fast???

i am trying to tone down my legs for summer to be able to wear shorts and skirts and the new swimsuit I bought. i have a little fat on my legs especially my calfs which is very hard to get rid of do u know any toning exercises that will help my legs and thighs look slimmer before summer ends? any ideas or suggestions please? what about the back of my arms? any exercise ideas? I am having a lot of hard trouble with this part of my body too. I want to wear my sleeve less tops. thanks

You can do heel raises for your calves. Stand backwards on the edge of a step (like you are going to go up it but with your arch and heel hanging off). And just slowly lower yourself and raise your self as high and as low as you can. These are fairly easy so you can do about three sets of 15.

For thighs squats are wonderful, as are walking lunges.
You can also lay on your side and support yourself with the leg that is closest to the floor (so if you are laying on your right side use your right leg to support yourself). Then make HUGE circles with your leg, like you are drawing circles with your toes. Go as high as you can...slowly.
"Butt-ups" also help that part of your leg that meets you butt. I am not sure if they have a real name, but this is the name we made up for them when I danced (dance dance not exotic). You lay on the floor like you are going to do a sit up only you lift your butt so you have a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.

For arms, most trouble spots are usually the back of the arm. You can tone this by sitting in front of a chair with your back to it, then put your hands on the edge of the chair and push up till your arms are straight and then lower yourself until you butt just barely touches the floor. Do about 3 sets of 15 reps.

Push up will work too, plus the work your pecs which will make your chest look bigger and perkier (yea!).
