If I run in the morning, how long should I run in the afternoon?!


Question: If I run in the morning, how long should I run in the afternoon!?
I've been trying to get in shape, and it's been approximately 4 weeks now!. I've lost 16 pounds!. I'm changing up my routine and running in the morning before breakfast, so I burn more fat!.

If I run 1 mile in the morning, how much should I run in the afternoon!?

Or If I run 3 miles in the morning, how much should I run in the afternoon!?

If I do interval running(HIIT - High intensity interval training) in the morning for 30 min, then how much should I run in the afternoon!?

Try not to overdue it as two things become inevitable!.
1!. You overtrain and all gains cease
2!. You get tired of the routine and abandon it!.

Not to be cliched or cute, but slow and steady wins the race!. One HIIT session or running session per day is more than enough and allows your muscles to heal so that they get stronger for the next session!. More than that keeps your body in a constant state of distress and will overtax your nervous system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, it depends on how many calories you burn in the morning!.
For instance, if you burn 100 calories and your goal for the day is 400, then you would have to burn 300 more calories in the afternoon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

personally i think you should do as much as possible in the morning and make sure you burn more off than you actually consume like i try and do 6-8 miles in the morning and try and eat within that calorie amountWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you run a mile in the morning, run three in the afternoon and vice versa!.!.
