Why can't I keep a good feeling when I am hungry?!

Question: Why can't I keep a good feeling when I am hungry!?
Does hunger affect frame of mind!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Hunger really does affect your mind!. For many reasons but the two big ones are:

FUEL: Your brain, like the rest of your body, runs on blood glucose as a fuel!. The "feeling" of being hungry is your body signaling a drop in blood glucose!. Thus the fuel that your brain needs is not present in your blood stream in the optimal amounts!. This affects all brain related activity, thought, emotions, response times etc!.!.!. No Fuel, No Function!.!.!.!.!.

FOCUS: Once the "I am hungry" signals start coming it is very difficult for your brain to re-focus on other things!. It is a chemical signal that keeps firing until you eat!. Very difficult to focus when this process is underway!.

It does affect you, of course! Food makes you happy, and without it, you feel annoyed!.
Due to the fact that your body isnt getting what it wants and needs, can tick you off!. the brain sends hormones to regukate your body so that you dont die of hunger!. this hormone also tends to make people feel irritated, emotional and angry!.

Its pretty normal and its healthy to be moody if youre hungry!.

Make sure you keep eating to get that smile running on your face! :)

:D hope that helps!
