Question: Is it alright if i lift random muscle groups each day at the gym!?
i dunno what the exersices are for each particular muscle group, so i was wondering if it would be alright if i lift for example like shoulders, biceps, triceps for one day!. cause i dont know what the exersices are for each muscle groupWww@Answer-Health@Com
