Will I still get swoll if I lift weights for more then 1 muscle group when i go !


Question: Will I still get swoll if I lift weights for more then 1 muscle group when i go to the gym!?
i dunno what the exersices are for each particular muscle group, so i was wondering if it would be alright if i lift for example like shoulders, biceps, triceps for one day!. cause i dont know what the exersices are for each muscle group!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure why you are relating lifting weights to muscle swelling!. When you lift weights, your muscles do swell a little bit from the blood rushing to them and/or the repair process after wards!. However, if you see excessive swelling, you should probably see a doctor!.

Doing shoulders, biceps and triceps all in the same day is fine!. Many shoulder press type exercises also work the triceps at the same time!.

That is a questions books are written about!. There are as many workouts as there are people in the gym!. Yes you can lift for more then 1 muscle group per workout, I prefer doing my whole body each time I lift, some do one body part!. If ou want to do Fullbody
Legs - Squat or Deadlift
Chest -Any form of Bench Press
Back -Rows , or if you do deadlift pulldowns or pull ups
Shoulders - Military presses
Arms
