How can I loose a good amount of weight in one month?!


Question: How can I loose a good amount of weight in one month!?
I am 14 years old!.
I am 5'1!.
& I weigh like 120 pounds!.
Please help!

wow why do young ppl care about there weight this much!?! its insane theres questions all the time about 12 year olds being anorexic HELLO
anyways

if u just want to be healthy and tone up do excersize 3-4 times a week for 30 mins to 1 hour
drink lots of water and eat lots of healthy foods
the healthy amount of weight to loose in 1 week is 2-4 pounds

so in one month thats like 8 - 12 pounds
unless u dont need to loose any weight like if its just all muscle u hav then u wont exactly loose weight! its harder for ppl to loose weight when they dont need to at all like if u weight less u wont loose as much as someone whos obese!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think you are already at a thin weight!.


To lose weight that quick, you must excercise everyday (speedwalk, Jog, Cardio, Weight train etc!.!.!.)
Drink water!.

CUT OUT ALL BREAD AND STARCH (white flour, corn starch, sweets etc!.!.!.)

Don't eat late!.
