Meals to lose weight?!
Question:
Meals to lose weight?
If I eat the following everyday, how long will it take to lose weight?
Breakfast:
dry special k protein plus w/ four strawberries
Lunch:
Plain salad w/ one serving of tuna (90 calories)
Dinner:
something small and healthy.
I know the consequences with the metabolism, so don't say, "Well, your metabolism is going to slow down and you'll gain weight."
No. I, however, find that to be wrong. I starved myself for one year and I STILL can't gain any weight. Even if I eat a box of Ice cream/ jar of peanut butter.
I just feel I need to lose more weight.

surferbabe. I'm anorexic. I hate looking at my body and all I see is fat. Even if I feel all bones over my body....I still look fat.

You sound a lot like me. I have always been very petite, but when I stopped dancing I felt like I had gained weight, even though it didn't show on the scale.
What really happened was since I wasn't as active, I lost a lot of muscle tone that I had before. Try to focus on toning rather than depriving yourself of an adequate food.
EDIT-You really need to get help before this turns into something that you cant handle. I am sure your friends and family would be horrified if anything ever happened to you.
