Question: How much more weight should I lose (pic)!?
Hello! I've been on a weight loss journey for sometime! I've lost 30 pounds so far and I can't wait to keep going and be more fit!. I really let myself go! But hey, it's all about getting back up when you fall down right!?

I was wondering if people can tell me how much more I should lose by looking at this pic of me!. I am 5'4 and currently weigh 160!. Please only helpful honest advice please!

Oh and, any one have any good hints on how to firm up your arms!?

Firstly, your beautiful!.

I would say the maximum you need to lose is 20 pounds, and the most you should be losing a week is 2!.5 pounds, anything more than that will cause your metabolic rate to slow down and the loss will not be sustainable!.

Eat healthily (around 1,300 - 1,600 calories per day) and do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day!.

You look gudd now!.Keep up the gudd wort!. Nd I do not know exactly what to tell you bout your upper arms but try nd lift some weights!.I have never had that problem because I weight alot of weight nd stuff!.But I hope it gets better fa you soon!.You are very pretty!.

Don't think of yourself as "being on a diet"!. Think of it more as "eating better and feeling better"!. Start by cutting out all breads and potatoes!. I use the outside pieces of iceburg lettuce in place of my bread for a turkey sandwich and it is really good!. Cut you dinner meal in 1/2 of what you normally would eat and don't eat after 6 p!.m!.!.!.the key though is to drink water all day!. Keep an 8 oz water bottle with you and keep filling it throughout the day!. Before each meal drink 2 full water bottles and you won't feel as hungry so you won't eat as much!. I also do 200 sit-ups and push ups for my arms every night before bed and it takes me less than 20 minutes!. I lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks and I feel great!.
