Is there a HEALTHY way to lose 5lbs in 2 weeks?!


Question: Is there a HEALTHY way to lose 5lbs in 2 weeks!?
i would also like to lose inches and stuff like that
i have a treadmill,exercise ball,bowflex blah blah
and yes i do exercise

Loosing 5 pounds in 2 weeks is a reasonable goal!.!.!.

I have found the best way is keep working out like you are, walk around the block for an hour a day or so, not only will you get some exercise doing it but it can also be relaxing!.
I find that using gym equipment such as treadmills and stuff never works for me, its not fun and not something to look forward to, take walks with family or friends everyday, make it something enjoyable!.
COMPLETELY STOP drinking sodas, i know they are great, but when i want to loose a few pounds i won't drink sodas for a few months and that will do WONDERS!
(you also have to cut back on sweets to let it work, allow yourself one small treat a day)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Add portion control to your regimine!. I lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks by going on the treadmill and eating smaller portions!. Get a good sweat and heart rate going to be sure to burn off the fat!. Don't expect miracles, especially when it comes to reshaping your body!. It didn't get that way overnight and will not get back the way you want quickly either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat small portions (5 tiny meals a day)
dont eat carbs after 5
swim - it works out all the muscles in your body
hot and cold showers are meant to speed up your metabolism

if you are very overweight then loosing that amount quickly - by simply haivng a better lifestyle - is a good idea!. if your BMI is not over 25 i would suggest that you dont need to loose that amount of weight so quickly!.

there is a possibility but i would siggest actually running outside unless it is too hot or is raining!.!.!.well treadmils arent as god becasue they dont fit everyones strides!.!.!.and running outside is fresh air and if u go in the morning its a lot cooler!.!.!.well and u can eat stuff like fruits and veggies!.!.!.and yada ya!.!.u know usual healthy thingsWww@Answer-Health@Com

theres tons of ways to lose 4ibs in 2 weeks you could just not eat anything for 2 weeks but with all weight loss/muscle building techniques you have to stick to it you could lose the 4ibs then the week after feel really hungry and put on 8 so take it slow it'll stay off thenWww@Answer-Health@Com
