Getting Fit...?!
Question: Getting Fit!.!.!.!?
Okay, so I know I'm out of shape!. I'm 12 and a half, as of the other day, and I can't run up and down my stairs twice without becoming out of breath!. I know its bad!. I don't need you telling me that!.
I need to get IN shape!. Any suggestions on how to do this without killing myself from the sudden amount of exercise!?
I'd rather not do any sports, seeing as I am the clumsiest person out there!. When addressing my lack of shape, my mom suggested soccer and then burst out laughing at the thought of me on a soccer team!.
Also, this is just a side question, but am I overweight!? I'm 5'2 and three quarters and weigh 126!.7 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't sound like your over weight!. Plus you mentioned that your 12!. You still have some growing to do!. As for getting in shape!. I suggest swimming!. While its still hot out and if you can get to a pool!. Swimming is a great way to build stamina and you will lose inches!. I just started this myself and in a short time I lost 3 inches in each of my thighs!. If you can't get to a pool then start walking or bike riding!. If you don't want to go outside then what about getting your mom to get you a workout video!. There are some that are alot of fun!. Be consistant with it or with anything you do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Check out the "Weight Loss 4 Teens" and the "Exercise Plan" sections of the site below!. You can do plenty of workouts at your own home--you don't need an expensive gym!. You could jump rope, ride a bike, do workout DVDs (that can be rented from video stores or checked out of libraries), crunches, pushups, power walk!.!.!.no excuses--as Nike would say, "Just do it!"

keep off the computer!. maybe you can buy the wii, or wii fit!. or a game that will keep you moving while having fun!. like DDR or something!. but it wouldnt hurt if u just take a walk everday around the block with a friend or something!.
