Answers:
That would help for a while, but you need to put some more exercises in!. I think a good leg day usually includes:

Back squats
leg press
leg extension
leg curl
calf raises

If you do this with intensity you should not work do cardio, maybe 5 minutes max to warmup is all you should do!.

You weight lifting is called anaerobic exercise which you should not do the same muscles everyday!. Cardio work or running is called aerobic exercise which can be performed everyday!.

I recommend doing cardio atleast one day in your program and IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE ON A DAY YOU LIFT WEIGHTS!. It can but it does not have to!. your choiceWww@Answer-Health@Com

The type of workout you do should be determined by your desired outcome!. If you want to get in shape and tone your legs, dumbell routines like you mentioned and running should be perfect!. If you are looking to build mass, you will probably need to add some exercises to get a balanced look and switch to heavier weights!.

I tend to lift my legs and then go for a light run to cool down!. I save my hard cardio for chest and arm nights so I don't put too much strain on my legs in one day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would recommend running first!. People often get injured doing cardio after high intesity weight lifting and exericse because they do not realize how tired thier legs are!. If you run first you can wait for about 30 minutes and then do your routine (which sounds very good by the way)!. Make sure you stretch out after you do those exercises however, many people get injured that way also!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
