Besides fruit, what other healthy snacks could I indulge in to satisfy my pangs?!


Question: Besides fruit, what other healthy snacks could I indulge in to satisfy my pangs!?
I like eating fruit and recently included it in my snacking regimen (cutting back on my favorite gummi coke bottles), however, are there any other tasty snacks that might be good for me besides fruit!?

I lost 20-30 lbs!. and I would like to keep losing weight since I got into a funk and haven't lost or gained anything at the moment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well If you have a trader joe's or whole foods market!.!.!.!. they have a lot of healthy alternatives!.

Well CLIF bars I find to be quite good!.!.!.!.the mint choco chip or something i think!. They have this type of popcorn that's healthy and non fatty!.!.!.!. stuff like thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try vegetables like carrots, peppers, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower!.

Stop eating the granola bars, they are full of sugar!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like to make my own trail mix with nuts (cashews, peanuts, sunflower seeds, etc!.!.!.), dried fruit (raisins, apricots, cranberries, etc!.!.!.), and if your diet can afford the sweets maybe some candies (like M&M's or Reese's Pieces)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For a sweet snack I like to cut up fruit, like apples and pears, then drizzle some honey and sprinkle on a little Cinnamon!. It's so good and takes care of your sweet tooth naturally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you like those quaker bars, try oats and chocolate bars from Fiber one! they're amazing! also, snack on 100 calorie packs!.!.!. any and all kinds!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honey on toasted wheat bread
