Question: I'm flabby and it SUCKS!!!?
I've been working out on a Bowflex and dieting for about 3 months now!. I'm 6'2" tall!. I have dropped from 230 to 205 which is not bad!. Due to the Bowflex, my arms, back and legs have tightened up nicely!. However, my chest and my stomach still look like they used to just smaller if that makes any sense!. It is just flab and I can feel the muscle I have recently built up underneath buy the fatty look will not go away!. I have been benching and duing pushups as well as an extreme ab workout nearly every day!. How can I make my torso look like the rest of my body!?

Answers:
congrats on ur weightloss this far!!! - because ur eating so little it doesnt matter how much u exercise u wont be losing weight healthily!. You should be eating at least 1500 calories oncetrating on protein, fiber, and vitamin C!. also, change ur exercise routine every few weeks so the same muscles aren't being over worked while others underworked!. here is a sample meal idea!.

Breakfast: eggs (3 egg whites, 1 whole egg) w/ a fruit
Snack:: Celery with natural peanut butter
Lunch: lettuce with cucumber, tomato, red pepper, and 1 chicken breast
Snack: low-fat string cheese
Dinner: Salmon with a vegetable or a protein shake

Protein Shakes:
1 scoop of protein poweder ( 2 TBS)
1 cup of strawberries or blueberries or mango (no bannana)
1 cup skim milk
(the strawberry ones w/ chocolate protein poweder r my favorite and are honestly amazingly good)

good luck! (running also helps!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
