People are always looking for the fastest, easiest and magical way to make their lives better!. Especially if they see someone else that has achieved what they want, they sometimes get the idea that it just "happened" so they want what they see the other person has!. They never stop to think that whatever it was, weight loss or otherwise, it DIDN'T just happen overnight and that person worked hard for it!.
Perhaps they keep looking for someone to give them a new or magical idea that's going to get the weight off quick and yet let them still lead the same lifestyle that got them there in the first place!. It's delusional but that's how it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi: For the most part, I agree with the other answers!. Most people are looking for a "magic pill" for easy weight loss!. And if you go into a drug store or go online, you will see hundreds of pills and products being sold to the gullible!.
Sometimes, though, there is confusion about which diet works the best: high carbs, low carbs, high protein, low protein!. Authors have made millions peddling the latest craze, and it does confuse some dieters!.

There are lots of diets that aren't healthy!. most people want to lose weight for good also, not just lose it and gain it back!. most diets are quick fixes and people gain back the weight later on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
