Im 13 and over weight?!


Question: Im 13 and over weight!?
i weight 194 and i am unhappy about that!.
i work out 5-6 days a week, and wacth what i eat
how do i loose stomah, lovehandels, flappy arms, jijjly legs and extra fat fast!?

what kind of cream can i use for strch marks!.

Well if you work out 5-6 days and have not been losing weight!.!.then maybe you are not working out "right"!.!.!. avoid sugary foods, and if you HAVE to have soda drink diet, eat low carbs!.!.!. for example, for breakfast eat cereal-nutri grain cereal with fruit, and then eat sandwhich or soup for lunch but use 99% fat free turkey or chicken meat if you eat meat, and stay away from ranch!, eat pasta with sauce and no cheese for dinner, etc etc!. just dont eat junk food, control yourself!.!.!. i knows it hard but just try not to!. when you work out start off by working out for 20 minutes on a cardio machine: epilleptical or a stride machine or even a treadmill!. then go use weights and dont aim for the high weights, just work with 10-30 pounds!. for your arms use 10ish pounds and do bicep curls, tricep machines!. then do cruches!. then work out your thighs using 30 pounds!. DO MORE REPETITIONS!. THATS THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL TONE!!!! by using low weights and more reps!. you can burn fat!. but you gotta do it a lot to feel the burn!. and listen to music, that helps keep your mind off of the boring exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are leaving out several important things such as how tall are you!? Do you have any illnesses and or physical limits!. What does a BMI calculator say etc!.

If you are concerned the best thing to do is to speak with one or both of your parents and have them make an appointment with your doctor and or a nutritionist!.

They will be able to help you work on a plan that is appropriate for you as still growing person!. It is great that you would like to be in better shape so I wish you the best and please follow the advice of professionals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For some people it is harder than others you don't need to watch what you eat just your calorie and total fat intake try taking in about 1,250-1,500 calories per day to help lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
