What to bring to eat???!
Question: What to bring to eat!?!?!?
For hockey we have an 1 1/2 practice and he works are butts off!. We do indian runs, run around the field that is bigger than a football field running around it 30 times, we do sprints, and carry people on our backs up a really steep hill!. This lasts the whole practice and he gives us two 2 min!. water breaks a practice!. I bring 2 water bottles for practice and drink the first water bottle the first break, and the second water bottle the second break!. But the second break I'm usually puking and feel so light headed and dizzy and just need to eat something!. For this kind of work out what should I bring to eat that is quick and makes me full which is also healthy!? THX!Www@Answer-Health@Com
