If i don't eat sugar...will i benefit from it by the way i look.?!


Question: If i don't eat sugar!.!.!.will i benefit from it by the way i look!.!?
i don't need to loose weight!.!.!. i was just wondering if i would look better!? or would it make no difference to the way i look!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your looks will not improve by abstaining from using sugar!. There is nothing wrong with sugar used in moderation!. Sugar does not cause inflammation of the skin or cause acne!.!.!. an excess of FATS and OILS causes acne!. AND yeah!.!.!. duuuhhhh!.!.!. sugar causes an increase in blood glucose levels, but unless you're a diabetic or have a problem with your pancreas it won't be a problem!.

Addendum!.!.!. AND sugar does NOT turn into fat!. Sugar is burned first and is converted totally to energy!. Carbohydrates can turn into fat as can proteins!.
To reiterate: The body digests foods in this order:

1!. Simple sugars (mono-sacchaarides & di-saccharides) -- First to be used for energy as they are the easiest for the body to break down!.

2!. Complex Carbohydrates (poly-saccharides) Next haredest to break down!.!.!. Body stores as fat!.

3!. Proteins - Hardest for the body to break down!.!.!. stored as fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

depends on how much sugar you are cutting out!. Sugar has calories and turns to fat!. If you eat sugary foods, you tend to crave more things and end to overeat throughout the day!. Not eating sugar and replacing it with meals that have protein for example, is proven to kill off cravings and ppl that do this tend to snack less!. So, maybe cutting sugar wont necessarily be the direct reason for weight loss, but indirectly, it will help improve your eating habits overall so you eat less junk in between meals and therefore cut on some empty calories!. Basically if u were to replace some sugar treats a day then yea in the long run you'd benefit, but i wouldn't recommend cutting them out altogether, since sugar is sweet and we all need some of it in our lives once in a while :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes- shun the sugar! Your looks will benefit!. Not only will you lose weight and look slimmer, but your skin and complexion should improve as well!. Sugar is known to cause a rise in blood sugar, which causes inflammation, which triggers acne and speeds up the aging process!.

There are many who cut calorie intake to lose weight and become thinner, but have poor complexions and poor health because they live on energy bars and energy drinks, candy and diet soda - which all have tons of high fructose corn syrup and sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should eat certain types of sugar; such as, organic sugar or the ones found in fruit!. IF you take sugar out of the picture then you lose energy and you heal your much much slower, since your cells need glucose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
