GNC's Mass XXX?!


Question: GNC's Mass XXX!?
I'm not sure exactly how much of this **** I should take to receive a substantial muscle mass!.

The lady at GNC said to take it on days when I work out when I wake up, before the work out, after the work out, and right before I go to bed!. And days which I am not working out: right after I wake up and before I go to sleep at night!. I'm thinking she might be saying to take it this much so that I keep buying more!. So, I'm not sure if it is necessary to take it this much, what do you all think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello, first off, if taken correctly this stuff does work! I bought this for my daughter and I personally train her!. We started using Mass XXX on June 25 and at the time my daughter was weighing 125 lbs, (we keep progress reports) we worked out last night July 29th and she is now weighing 1371/2, our goal is 145 lbs!. I would suggest drinking 3 - 4 shakes a day everyday with ice cream & milk, which includes a shake after workouts!. I believe 3500 calories a day equates to 1 pound & these shakes are about 900 - 1000 calories per without the ice cream!. The weight is legit, we work out 3 - 4 days a week and we do at least 1 - 2 days a week of cardio work!. She loves the taste with ice cream and I'm here to tell you, this stuff does work, she is much stronger already and can seriously see results, in fact, I just bought another jar today! No you don't need to take that much!. You will probably gain more weight that way though!. Probably more fat!. Your muscles only grow so fast!. If you want to cut down to two servings a day on workout days do three scoops in the morning and three scoops about an hour before you work out!. Taking it before you workout is a good idea because you want to supply your body with the protein and glycogen to start repairing your muscle after you workout!. And it also prevents your body from destroying more muscles than it needs to!. You could also go the minimalist route of once a day and on workout days take your daily serving an hour before workout!. It is a reasonable weight gainer!. Pro lab n large 2 should be easier on the stomach and dissolves better in water!. So does cytogainer but it has creatine in it!. If you are in Canada you can get it cheaper by ordering it from the US!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

depends how much protein you get with real foods
overall you should have 1!.5-2x your bodyweight in kg of grams protein
isnt gnc's protein super expensive!? theres better for cheaper
